Our Philosophy

Learning is a "hands on" process.  At Family Friend Preschool we allow each child to grow and learn in his or her own way and encourage learning through personal experience.

We offer age appropriate activities for your child to help her learn about and explore the world around her.  

We provide an enriched environment full materials and activities that promote skills children need for reading and writing later on. 

Our staff offers a compassionate, stimulating and well- structured day for your child. We focus on promoting a child's natural interest in nature, friendship, and community to help them learn the skills they'll need to be successful in school and life. 

But most importantly we have fun!  Whether it be making mud pies, painting with shaving cream or learning to use pulleys in the play yard we encourage children to use their natural curiosity as a gateway to learning.  

Your child's emotional and social development is very important to us.  We work hard to provide a positive and loving environment for you child.  We recognize that friendship building and communication skills are the foundation of future social success.    

At Family Friend Preschool it's alright to make mistakes, it's okay to get messy, and "yes, you can do it all by yourself".  

We've been shaping little kids into BIG kids since 1995.  We hope you'll come in and join us!
